I’m on a quest to more deeply understand the human experience, live with greater attunement, and support others on their interoceptive journey. 

You can find me hosting IRL events in NYC, cultivating a community of hot + cold lovers, supporting people with psychedelic journeys, running the streets of Brooklyn, writing at local coffee shops, dancing ecstatically, or deep in conversation with someone I care about.
